More spare ribs

    We are under a wind advisory here in good old Sierra Vista, so why not smoke some ribs? The wife enjoyed them so much the other day that she wanted some more.

    Figured I'd cook the trimmings too.

    Had a bitch of a time controlling the heat, but they should be ready to come off in about half an hour.

    Can't wait to see the finished pics, they look real good before Qing them up ! I also smoke up the trimmings..... Can't waste good chewin, right ! :beercheer:
