I'm planning on doing my first brisket tomorrow but I just wanted to get some opinions on some mopping/sopping recipes. What are your favorites?

One of my favorites is a mixture of cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, garlic cloves, sliced jalapenos and sliced onions.

I like it on whole hogs too.

I go with a bottle of guiness beer, 1 stick butter, OR 1/2 cup olive oil (depending on what I have in the house), 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce, 1 /2 cup apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, coarse ground black pepper, pinch of salt, and a bit of onion powder. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes, then it is ready.
