Marinated loins on sale, could you use for canadian bacon???

Local grocery store has marinated pork loins on sale this week.  My wife is one of those crazy coupon ladies and has coupons for the loins.  The store doubles coupons, so the loins go from 8.99 to 2.99.  I figure they are cheap enough to give it a try.  What do y'all think? The marinade probably has a high salt content, so I figure I will use one part Mortons sugar cure and two parts brown sugar.

 Loins or tenderloins? I never see marinated loins around here.

A good buy is a good buy either way.

yes it is at homeland.  My bad, they are tenderloins.

 I like tenderloin just sliced into medallions, dusted with corn starch, dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried. I especially   

like fresh venison tenderloins this way.

Good score! We get those here, but they also have just the plain ones included too. I usually butterfly, pound out and make those midwestern deep fried tenderloin sandwiches, that we can't get here!
