Jerkin Pork!

    I've got some pork in the smoker now...'bout 4 hours in. A hawaiian flavored jerky and a herb n garlic flavored batch. 5 lbs of each. Have some pics in awhile![​IMG]

    I know alot about Jamacian Jerk so lets see how this one stacks up???

    Had some temp problems today... the wind was making it hard to keep things even. Overall it was a rough time smoking today. Lost a few pieces to the char monster. but the pups were glad to take care of the mistakes.
    The flavors got all jumbled up when I was trying to even out the racks.
    They both taste good...the hawaiian is a little sweet and the herb n garlic is nice and garlicky![​IMG]
