Doing some cheese today with this damn high of 29*
Butter is top right.
That looks great, I need to do some more cheese (and butter) as well but my temp here has warmed up from 1° to 2° since this morning.
29° sounds damn near balmy.
Vac sealed and into the back of the fridge for a few months.
