    Did a 2-2-1 @ 225 and used one of JJ's finishing sauce recipes...Cane syrup, Apple juice, butter, rub and i did a couple table spoons of apple cider vinegar.  Great bark, very tender with just a little pull.  The Silver Smoker w/ the Guru performed flawlessly!
