Found some JD sausage that I had not seen before. Used 2 pounds JD, pepper Jack, Extra sharp cheddar and of course roasted green chilies. It was so full I did not think it would close. Thought sure it would blowout. But I guess the bacon was enough to hold it together. Absolutely great sausage and yes it will bring tears to your eyes or maybe it was some hot chilies. But it is some great eating.
