Yep just like MossyMo said it was -20 last Saturday morning when we loaded the trucks up to head over and start stuffing sausage. It makes it nice and easy to keep the temps low on your smoker I'll tell you what.
I started smoking cheese last winter and I had no problem keeping my smoker down around 115-130 so the cheese wouldn't melt but when I tried smoking cheese this summer I couldn't keep my smoker anything lower than 200. So you see there are some advantages to living in this cold neck of the woods. You'll have to try it some day Goat. :-)
