Hello all, seems like a good forum you guys have going.
I recently finished building a propane smoker, started the build with the intention of only using it to smoke sausage but made a rack so I can smoke other meats as well.
I started using one of the little small smokers you can buy but very soon realized how much time it was taking to do a few batches of sausage. The smoker I built is 4' x 3' x 7' do I'll be able to put plenty of sausage in at one time.
I'm in Houston TX & enjoy hunting, fishing, processing & outdoor cooking.
