Hey there folks, Just started getting into smoking and really enjoy it but I have alot to learn.

I have already been nosing around and found a lot good info and will be looking for, It's always nice to find some many people willing to help.

First off welcome Zach to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

welcome tweaker, i'm in columbus ohio [ obetz], we ride our motorcycles quite often in the hocking hills, riding down there tomorrow...lots of friendly folks here and a wealth of info on smoking foods, i believe i seen a thread where a guy did a cold smoke on ice cream...do'es any one remember that or am i wrong on this, any welcome and have fun....dont forget the q-view
