Hey gang,  my name is Justin and I like to BBQ as a hobby.  My skill level is novice.  I have a relatively inexpensive side box smoker that works pretty well for the amount of BBQ I do.  I usually like to BBQ pork butt and pork ribs.  I have gotten pretty good at it, but am always looking for new tips and tricks to improve my cooks, which is why I joined here.  I recently smoked my first successful brisket on my second attempt.  It was a huge deal to me since my first attempt at it was inedible haha.  Anyways, happy to be here and I look forward to talking to you all.  Cheers.

Welcome Justin,

Michigan smoker here as well. I use an offset, and a mes 40 as well. Do a ton of St. Louis, and baby back ribs as well as pork butt myself. I have failed at briskit twice and haven't tried it again since. Done a couple of turkey's the past few months which came out great! As well as multiple chickens, ATB's, cheese, wings, etc.

Feel free to ask me anything.
