Welcome from SC, Vicki. I hope you will enjoy this site. There are lots of folks here who are eager to share ideas, tips, recipes and anything that you may need. All you have to do is ask. Congrats on your WSM. I had one for a number of years and it's very user friendly. I know you will turn out some good cooks on it. Remember, we can always eat our mistakes.
