    I'm from Naples! In Australia there are a lot of Italians, I know;) and in recent years we are increasing more and more ... Juventus is always lucky! I saw the game against the all star, and the juve did not deserve to win. I hope that this year's SSC Napoli give many disappointments to Juve!

    Juventus playing our all star team is very good for the game here.
    There is talk that Chelsea & Man U will come here for a similar game.
    Del Pierro was very popular here.
    There is a lot of Italian influenced food on this site. You should have fun.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

    Thanks again. Here in Italy we use the smoker for meats (especially sausages). 
    This year I would like to give a new twist to the familiar production (we're raising a pig) and I read with pleasure your forum!
