Hey everyone my name is Alan and I live in upstate NY. I'm working with the Brinkmann Smoke N Pit Pitmaster Deluxe. Lately I've been really getting into sausage making and am looking to really gone my skills with that. Currently making fresh sausages but hope to get into dry cures also. About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
