Hello all I stumbled on this site looking for pictures of smokers . I'm looking to build myself a nice unit. My wife wants me to try a cooking competition so I am lookin for a few ideas . I am a seasoned pitman. I have done beef shoulder clod,brisket,beef ribs, chickens,turkeys brined ( with instacure) pork ribs,butts,whole shoulders,hams, fish, cheese ... So I will be posting my proposed plans soon very soon!!!!
