Hello from Pennsylvania

I joined back in July, and I am finally getting around to saying hell for the first time.  I own a Masterbuilt electric 30inch digital front control smoker.  I have made ribs in it three times and they all turned out great.  I have also made two boston butts in it and they turned out awesome.  Looking to do some chicken soon and hopefully do a turkey breast for Thanksgiving.
