Hello to all the wonderful people here on this forum. My name is Khush. I have owned a big green egg for about 6 years now and have been smoking/grilling/barbecuing for almost 15 years now. I am not very experienced with smoking but have recently gotten into sausages and smoking as a hobby. The BGE has been great, but I am looking for something new to smoke with. Being that I love building things, I may just decide to build a smoker from scratch. I would love to connect with this community of amazing people and learn more about the art of smoking and preserving meat.
