Howdy! An Aggie here from just east of Dallas. Been BBQ for years. Started with a cookshack electric then had Klose make me a pit 4 years ago. Have an XL Big Green Egg and just recently bought a Yoder pellet fed smoker to try and make my life a little easier. Time is my biggest limitation. I do pretty good according to my guests given i don't cook as much as I would like too. I also love to cook Italian and make my own pasta as well as deserts and particularly pies. I devote most of my time to my three young sons and their pursuits. Hoping to learn a lot here and up my game. I am rarely happy with my own product.
