Hello everyone! My name is Brian and I've been reading this forum for a little while before taking the next step to join.

I have gas grilled for years and am a semi-experienced smoker for about a year and half using an ECB. I've moved on to a Royal Oak Charcoal Grill w/ offset firebox and the ECB has been turned into my tailgating bbq.

I have had success in smoking rubs, butts, and beef rib tips. My next adventure will soon be briskets and fish.

Welcome Brian, great to have you on board.
Sounds like you are enjoying the smoked goodness, looking forward to some of your future smokes, and good luck when you go for the brisket!

Hello Brian, and thanks for coming out of the claset and into the limelight of the SMF. It's all good my friend.

Welcome aboard Brian, you joined a great group of smokers here.
I use to live in Crofton, MD about 20 some years ago and now live outside Ellicott City in a small town. Welcome again

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
