Hi everyone!! My name is Jeremy and I am a 35 year old newbie smoker from Lexington,ky. I have always been a huge fan of smoked meats and an avid outdoorsman so I decided it was time to start learning my favorite way of cooking. I just recently got a weber smoky mountain and I couldn't be more excited to get started. I've been reading everything I can on the essentials but I truly look forward to any advice the community could share.

Thank for having me and I look forward to sharing failures and successes with everyone here
