Hey everybody! My name's Will and I'm real excited to be a part of this community. A friend of mine has being trying to get me to join for quite some time, and I finally took him up on it after he shared his latest post. I'm looking forward to picking up some tips on different meats and sauces. I've been smoking pork butt for a couple years but I haven't really ventured past that. I'm originally from Kentucky and trying to recreate Owensboro mutton, so if anybody has pointers I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm using a Brinkmann electric smoker but planning on upgrading this year, maybe next. Glad to be here!
