Hey ya'll. My name is Gabriel from Discovery Bay, CA. I just bought my first smoker...a drum smoker. I made some modifications to add some air intakes and a couple extra 3/4" chimneys. I'm having some people over in a couple of weeks for some Tri tip and ribs. Any pointers would much appreciated.
