Good afternoon everyone, I just joined up about 2 minutes ago.  My name is Brian and I'm in the Jefferson county area of Missouri.  I've been into serious smoking for about 2 years now.  My inventory includes a YS640 Competition (which I am selling), and a UDS and reverse flow, both of which I made.  By day I am an IT nerd and by night I am a family man and avid outdoorsman.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
