NOW lets get one thing straight.. I do not have a UDS.. But I watch this site and all things smoke..
... so I saw on here, somewhere, a harrow Disc WOK not a new idea.. a great one that I'd like to pursue some day.. But this was were I thought that a enterprising UDS owner/builder might benefit from using a harrow disc as an ash catcher in their UDS.. as it is a gentle bowl shape and with or without a hole.. could be useful for airflow.. ..anyway..
