Hey everybody!

Thought I'd join up now that I'm getting more into smoking. I just got a Masterbuilt Smokehouse (electric) for Fathers' Day and it's almost done seasoning as I type this. 

I previously had a Brinkman Bullet (possibly the world's worst piece-of-crap smoker), and even though I manged to modify it just enough to make it usable, I'm looking forward to the relative easiness of electric. 

Anyway, I'll be reading and posting and checking this place out. Looks like a good community. :)
