Here is a project that I have been working on for about 3 months.
You can see the main cooking chamber and gravity feed system. They are both made out of 1/4" plate
The smoke channel that will be put on the outside of that to make it a reverse vertical smoker will be 11 gauge.
I will then add a layer of 3' insulation (rock wool) around the entire smoker and wrap that with 16 gauge.
I would hate for this smoker to be too light and blow away in the wind
