I have myself a new dilemma, I'm trying my new maverick et732 for the first time today. My grate temp has reach my cooking temp but my thermometers on my doors aren't there yet. Should I go by the grate temps from the maverick or the door thermometers? According to the boiling water test they were right on a few weeks ago when I tested them out.

I put the meat on according to the maverick since that is where the meatis. As far as testing it, I pulled it out the box and when it came on it matched the temps outside and went with it. Thanks for the fast response Davidhef88
