  1. Hey all

I've been lurking on this forum for the last few months since I got my first wsm and thought it was about time to join and contribute. Been grilling for many years and thought id try my hand at smoking. So far my luck has been pretty good thanks to Jeff's emails and the great tips posted on here. I still have lots of questions I'm hoping to get answered and hope I'll be able to give some input on other peoples questions.
    Smoke on

Welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here.  Congrats on the WSM too (I'm partial to them).  Don't be shy about asking questions because folks love to contribute their advice and experience.

Have fun with that great smoker!

Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.
Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!
    Keep Smokin!!!
