I'm new to the world of smoking. I have spent many years trying to master the art of the Dutch oven and collected all sizes of cast iron Dutch ovens. My boys and I Love Camping and fishing, we go as often as we can through the summer. I recently bought the Brinkman charcoal smoker from Bass Pro Shop. So far I have done ribs, pork chops and bacon wrapped chicken breast. Today I'm actually attempting a whole chicken with advise from other members, wish me luck!
