Glad to be here

  1. Hello!

    Glad to be here and I am very excited to be a member of this community. I've been home brewing since 1989 and I make some wicked ciders and meads. My new hobby is smoking meats and sausage making. Been dabbling in pickling, too.

    I own a WSM 18 incher and I love it. Still using Kingsford for the heat and bought some apple wood pellets.
