Friday afternoon poultry parts and shrooms!

Well decided to take Friday as a personal day,  and figured what the hell, may as well fire up Gizmo and do a bird   and whatnot- little sweet and spicy rub, some shrooms with spinach, cream cheese and parmesan- should be ready here in about an hour and a half

Sorry- last pic went all blurry on me- was starting to rain again when I was pulling it all off- turned out awesome!  Made some homemade BBQ sauce and sauced the chicken for the last thirty minutes or so- the shrooms were friggin money!
