at last a place I can ask and learn about making my favorite foods. 

I treated myself well this year  I bought a New Char-Grill gas/coal combo  and went with the optional  smoke side box.

Now I need to learn how to smoke meats that I love to eat. I usaly go for chicken but I do love tender ribs

 Let the Grilling season Never end.

 First off welcome Betty to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of really good folks that would just love to help you with anything to do with smoking. Now we like having new folks here to give a new prospective on some of the ways we do things around here. Now the next thing you have to do is run out and get something to smoke.
