First Pork Butt

    Smokeing my first pork butt today .. sorry but I didn't get any before pics, But this is what it looks like 3 hours in[​IMG]

    Hope so have never smoked one before . cooker is at 230 and meat is at 145 right now waiting for it to hit 165 then wrap heavy and back in

    This turned out GREAT ...Smoked with red plumb and apple to 165 then folied and back in.

    Then to 180 out and sliced . Real Tender and juicy...
