first fatty , advice needed

  1. O.k. after getting some great advice from the site , got all my ingredients together for my first fatty. This may be a dumb question but I dont care. Do ya roll em up like a twinkie ( with all the filling concentrated in the middle ) , or like a ho - ho , ( kinda spiral like ) ???[​IMG]

    To each his own but I usually end up with mine all pretty much in the middle. Oh and they aren't any dumb questions except the one not asked

    twinkie will do,, if you roll it out on plastic wrap and throw it in the freezer for about 30 -45 minutes it will be less likely to fall apart on you.

    Did that on one a couple weeks ago. It really does help.

    Falling apart?

    Hmm wonder if theirs a butcher twine out their that would act more like a stocking. Maybe a netting or something. Then just roll Fatty, Wrap it in the netting. and tie it off. Wouldn't ever have to worry about it falling apart?


    Just an idea that popped into my head.
