First beer butt chicken

    Didn't turn out too bad. Was quite windy and 16c/60f. Had a wind break set up for the ecb. Couldn't get it pas 240. My guess is too stuffed with charcoal ?

    It certainly looks good... great color... are you using a water pan with water ?? If so.. that will hold your temps down...

    Yes used water - funny yesterday same temp,outside but less wind and a pork butt cooking at 170
