Finished 1st pastrami update.

    Saturday was my first pastrami. I smoked it till 165 wrapped in foil for a couple hrs then stuck it in the frig till this morning. Overall looks and taste pretty good. Hic and apple chips was the smoke. The B4 pics are in a saturday post. Thank you all for the advice [​IMG]
