Fattie meat

    What r u guys using for meat I am using ground beef, country style pork. Thinking of trying out ground lamb.

    I would say that would work and be real good. Usually nice fat content.

    Give it a whirl and let us know.
  3. Have done JD sausage, ground beef, and brats so far... Like Ron said, probably should have a good fat content, although I did luck out with some 90/10 beef...
