Last night we got a turkey from my sister in law that was already thawed. It needs to be cooked today. You know how there's free turkeys floating around time of year, this is one. I decided to cut it up this morning and get the smoker going. Using cherry wood, no rub or brine, just as is.
We get turkey'ed out this time of year, but if you gotta eat free turkey, it's best smoked!
