I'm a personal fan of not reheating! I kind of feel like brisket is comparable to doing a Thanksgiving Turkey, the only time we eat it hot is the day it's cooked!

I guess I'm not a purist. I finished up our last brisket as sandwiches at work. Nuked a few slices and put them on a bun. Tender as could be and with enough smoke that folks popped in to ask what smelled so good...

Haha! I didn't mean to imply I'm above nuking meat! I just personally like it cold on sandwiches and that's how it's normally consumed!
