chicken quarters with Q-view

    in brine for 3 hrs then rubbed2 1/2 hours at 250-2602 1/2 hours internal temp176(pulled)turned out nice but skin was a little rubbery but edible.
    real nice texture. Best of all tasted delicious. Im hooked on the brine. oh yea smoked with apple wood. thanks for lookin.
