Center Cut Loin "stuffed"

    I had a pork loin in the freezer, so I had my butcher slice it in 1¼" slices

    cut pockets and stuffed with rice pilaf,mushrooms,and "fresh" italian sausage

    added a little rub

    Smoked @ 250º until internal temp of 165º

    I placed a couple strips of bacon over them to add some flavor

    Nice! Darn good looking plate of food there, and great job of smoking those stuffed loin chops. Nice post, thanks.

    You must of inserted that probe like a surgeon! Looks great!
