First of all i want to thank everyone for all their awesome information on smoking, im new to this and have found this to be the most informative site out there. In all my years of school i don't think iv'e read as much as i have since discovering this site.
A little about me and smoker, im 26 from Canyon Lake, CA. I aquired a Brinkman pitmaster deluxe from my neighbors trash when he moved out. He said he only used it a few times in the 5 years he had it, didnt have the patients for it. So i gladly took it off his hands. Since then which has only been about 6 months iv'e smoked close to 150lbs of meat, my favorite so far has been beef ribs and Tri tip. Iv'e always enjoyed cooking and BBQ and smoking is something i am now addicted to (pun intended). Anyway I'm excited what i can learn on here, and i hope one day i will be able to share some info thats worthwhile.
