Looks like a great neighborhood to live in.
My SIL & I have a friendly competition. He has the WSM & I have the ECB. Both turn out great BBQ but I have to work harder at it.
Junior, I have a suggestion . Start a 'Log ' of every cook and record everything done to prep. and Smoke your Meats or whatever.
This is a great learning tool and will sharpen your skill , add patience to it all and you are on your way...
