Well the weather here today was great. About 75 degrees. It's supposed to drop to 45 over night. So I figured I'd take advantage of it. I was originally going to do a pork loin, but then I figured why waste the smoke on just one thing. So I also made my second fattie. And 2 chicken quarters. All turned out great. It was my first pork loin. All turned out well. :yahoo: Pepper jack cheese green, yellow and orange peppers with sweet Italian sausage.
