Any idea how long to smoke a 8.5 lb Boneless Turkey Breast Roast?
Same as you would a Turkey.

You can put a rub on it and cook it...

But , what ever you do , cook it to 165*F in the middle of the meat . I suggest cooking at 300^F , unless you can't obtain that heat , 225*F will be good , just limp Skin, but
Did I miss anything , Oh, yes, keep the door to the Smoker closed , only feed the Smoke...
