Higher temp and drying the skin will help. Or you could go naked and remove the skin. Been doing that quite a bit and the results are quite tasty.

Thanks Joe. Its different than my direct cookers.

Might have to use it again tomorrow
 
Adam that meal looks great,the skin looked like it would have been crispy. Nice job for the first cook in it
