I need to know what is best for a great smoked turkey. Apricot, pecan,or plum. Can I mix any of those? Which is the best to use?

Any of those would work, and yes you can mix them. It's just a question of whether you want a single wood flavor or a blend, kind of like single vs. blended whiskey.

And, welcome to the board!
