ABTs look very nice as well the ribs. Never saw Old Bay Rub.! But I like the idea.
I just got home from Eglin. I didn't see the sign for your smoke on I-10. Maybe I missed it.
Q looks good.
Nice job, Mark. I had a tough time finding good beef ribs in local stores too. Hapenned to stop by a local meat market/smokehouse/BBQ joint. Noticed they had smoked beef ribs. Asked if they would sell me some raw ones, and ended up buying a slab. They cut it in half, so I ended up with two rows of meaty ribs about 3" long and 2" thick.
I usually braise them low and slow in the oven for 3-4 hours. They are great, but will try yours in the smoker next time.
By the way, great looking ABT's I will gleeully steal that reciepe when I make some tomorrow night!
I would like to thanks everyone of you people out there in smokeyland for all the kind words you have given to me for this smoke and the many others I have had. If there are any of you that want to "steal" the recipes that were used here on this smoke go right ahead I did. Thanks again, Mark
Great job Mark !! I agree on the beef ribs around here, i cant ever find any really good ones either... But I would certainly eat the ones u smoked !!! Again, great job
