Back Ribs

    Did three slabs last weekend, going to do six tomorrow..

    Looks good so does the smoker! What type of wood and rub did you use?

    Thanks on the smoker. I used Tony Chachere's Original Creole for the rub. When I foiled used light brown sugar, parkay butter, and honey. Wood used, cherry!

    Fire start at 0700 tomorrow!
