Beautiful weather for the weekend and family from out of town brought on a case of firin up the OK and slammin 6 racks of ribs on the smoke.

Here they are rubbed down with Reds Rub and on the smoker at 225.

Foiling time...... I did 4 of the racks with my spritz..... strawberry margarita mix, and two with the parkay, brown sugar and honey.

One more shot.... out of the foil and back on the smoker for about 30 minutes. These were the best I've ever made and I've made some really good Baby Backs. I can't say the ones with the parkay, honey and brown sugar were any better but they had a distinct flavor and were excellent. And yes...... there was some samplin goin on at this point.

Love Baby Backs. My guests said they were the best they had ever had.... Ever! I love it when that happens!

My meat list is getting longer and longer. These look beautiful. Did you do the 2-2-1 method? Thanks for sharing.

I'd say some samplin' took place. I only count five racks in the last photo and you started with six!

I use the 2-2-1 method as my guide. I go more by the look and feel as I go. It was very close to the 2-2-1 method. If my smoker is runnin hot I will cut down the time a little and vicaversa. These were about as close to fallin off the bone and still be able to pick them up as I've ever come. They actually varied a little from rack to rack even though I rotated them a few times.
  11. Great looking BB's.
  12. Nice BB's. I just had my wisdom teeth removed so looking at Qview probably isnt the best thing to be doing right now. Man I can wait till my next smoke.
